Wie erhalte ich meinen Mirador?
Der Mirador wird in 4 Kartons geliefert. Die Lieferung erfolgt nach Vereinbarung, aufgrund der Größe der Boxen ist es wichtig, dass jemand an der Lieferadresse anwesend ist und dass bereits Platz für eine Lagerung vorhanden ist.
Um die Lieferung zu planen, wird telefonisch ein Termin vereinbart; Geben Sie daher immer eine korrekte Telefonnummer an, damit Sie erreichbar sind. Es findet keine Lieferung ohne vereinabrten Termin per Telefon oder E-Mail statt.
Wann erhalte ich meinen Mirador?
Der Mirador wird innerhalb von 5-10 Werktagen nach Bestellung geliefert. Die Lieferung erfolgt per AT Post. Da immer ein Telefontermin vereinbart werden muss, können Sie Ihre Wünsche während dieses Gesprächs weitergeben. Ohne telefonischen Termin ist eine Lieferung nicht möglich.
Wie lange dauert der Aufbau des Mirador?
Im Durchschnitt dauert es bei 2 Personen etwa 2 bis 3 Stunden, um einen Mirador vollständig aufzubauen.
Was ist bei der Montage des Mirador zu beachten?
Die Pergola sollte horizontal platzieren werden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, dafür eine Wasserwaage zu verwenden, damit alle Seiten ausgerichtet sind und der Wasserablauf gewährleistet ist.
Was tun, wenn ein Teil beschädigt ist?

Kann ich die Größe des Mirador anpassen?
Die Abmessungen werden speziell für die Qualität der Konstruktion festgelegt. Wenn die Abmessungen geändert werden, wird die Qualität nicht mehr unterstützt und die Garantie ist nicht mehr gültig. Es ist möglich, 2 oder mehr Miradors nebeneinander zu platzieren, um die gewünschten Abmessungen zu erreichen.

How will I receive my Mirador?
The Mirador is delivered in 4 boxes. The delivery takes place by appointment, because of the size of the boxes it is important that someone is present at the delivery address, and that there is already room for any storage.
To schedule the delivery, an appointment will be made by phone; therefore, always provide a correct phone number so you can be reached. There will not be a delivery taking place without an appointment by telephone or e-mail.
When will I receive my Mirador?
The Mirador will be delivered within 5-10 business days after ordering. The delivery will be made by AT Post.
Because a telephone appointment must always be made to plan the delivery, you can pass on your wishes and preferences during this conversation. Without an appointment by phone it is not possible to make a delivery.
How long does it take to build up the Mirador?
On average, with 2 people, it takes about 2 to 3 hours to completely build up a Mirador.
What should be taken into account when assembling the Mirador?
The advice is to place the product perfectly horizontal. We recommend that you use a spirit level for this, so that all sides are aligned to ensure that drainage is not compromised.
What to do if a part is damaged?
If a part is damaged upon delivery, please send an email to customerservice@sorara.eu with pictures of the damaged parts. Also send a description of the part [letter alphabet] according to the supplied manual. Always mention your order number. Based on your message and photos we will assess what we can offer as a solution.
What should I do if a part is missing?

Based on the manual, make a note of exactly which part you are missing. The manual uses a letter of the alphabet for the part description. We will always look for a suitable solution if the problem occurs. In order to help you faster we advise you to send the complete information of your order (order number) and part number + quantity by e-mail.
Can I adjust the size of the Mirador?
The dimensions are specifically determined for the quality of the construction. If the dimensions are changed, the quality is no longer supported and the warranty is no longer valid. It is possible to place 2 or more Miradors next to each other in order to achieve the desired dimensions. There is no additional connector available, so both Miradors are then placed separately from each other.

Is the Mirador waterproof?
